The Late Chef is an artisan chef and caterer based in Oxfordshire. He talks, writes and teaches about food cooking, recipes, catering, food festivals with coverage in local media and radio.

WI Cookery School

With many courses developed and taught at the WI Cookery School, Paul has created a range covering dinner party food, pies, pates, vegetarian and others. He is working on offering these courses and recipes from his website.

BBC Radio

The Late Chef from time to time broadcasts on BBC Radio Oxford. In the past, he has with wine expert Alistair Cooper, cooked selected recipes and with the matched wines discussed food and drink, the benefits of local food and providing hints and tips for cooking in your own kitchen.
