A Superb 3-course dinner for my wife’s surprise 30th! Paul was fantastic designing the menu with me beforehand, even tailoring it for one of our guests’ gluten free allergies. Before the event, Paul was always quick to respond, answering any questions and being fully flexible to exactly how I wanted the evening. On the night Paul and his wife were fantastic, even bringing ingredients grown in their own garden adding a real personal touch. The food was fantastic and the kitchen was left spotless!
