Cookery Guides

Welcome to The Late Chef series of cookery guides. Within each of these guides, you will find recipes and advice on cooking, techniques, ingredients and more. They are based on cookery courses designed and taught at the WI Cookery School and other events, such as food festivals. They are tried and tested recipes and used often for catering and private events.
I have developed many courses over the last five years and I felt that it was time to share the recipes and my views on cooking. A lot of work has gone into creating these guides and I am pleased to say that the students who have attended the courses were positive about their experiences. These guides will cover a range of areas that I hope you will find interesting and helpful
