Unsurprisingly, recipes are an essential part of my business. I have the opportunity to test recipes, modified them or create my own. This is the fun part of my day!

I trained over a two year period completing a City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Catering. Some of my favourite recipes come from that wonderful experience, other come from a range of cookery books that occupy several shelves in my office! Also talking to other cooks and chefs inspires ideas.

I have created many recipes and dishes for my private clients, business clients and also for BBC Radio Oxford and the 1855 Wine Bar and Bistro.
